What is startup india scheme? It is a government measure launched in 2016 to promote start-ups through financing, mentorship and creating an ecosystem for entrepreneurs to flourish.

The registration process is handled through the website. The startup india registration process has 5 steps as shown below:

  • Register company as ltd or LLP/partnership etc
  • Login to the start up india website and complete details
  • Letter of recommendation, incorporation certificate to upload in this site
  • Recognition letter from DIPP to avail tax benefits
  • You will receive a recognition number along with a certificate

Startup India seed fund scheme

The fund helps businesses incubate and build their business ideas either through MVP or prototypes.
