    I also think that allowing flexibility with work timings can boost productivity. Not everyone works best in the 9-5 time frame, some work better in a 7-3 time frame or a 2-10 time frame – so keeping that flexible can help too. A few hours a day can be kept overlapping between team players for team meetings. Ofcourse, this depends on the type of industry too – some might not be able to provide this flexibility.
