Fear is not real, it is a product of your thoughts!

Fear is not real: A beautiful quote by Will Smith from Cypher Raige. It brings up a robust debate that calls fear imaginary. Sometimes people refer to this distress as False Evidence Appearing Real. However, we can’t ignore that this distress is trying to tell us something. We can ignore fear only at our own risk and naivety. In this article, we will talk about the meaning of the quote fear is not real, danger is. We also talk about how to deal with this imaginary distress to be able to make it work for us.

Airplane takes off against the wind quote – Meaning and Inspiration

The meaning of this quote is in two parts – our attitude to failures and finding the courage to fight amidst the hardest challenges. Although they seem separate, this two tie together well to provide a cumulative meaning to this quote and its influence on our motivation. Ultimately, the purpose of this quote like most is to motivate us into action.

I don’t believe in taking right decisions – Ratan Tata

I don’t believe in taking right decisions: A fabulous inspirational quote by Ratan Tata talks about decisions in life and how we sometimes can get hung up in the notion of perfection. No decision will ever be perfect, we will always have something or the other to lose. The main point to remember in decision-making is the affordable loss. And most times, we don’t consider time lost in making decisions.

Wisdom Comes From experience – Meaning and Inspiration

Wisdom Comes from Experience: This quote represents a certain amount of irony but I cannot find a truer one for the quote of the day section today. I’ve often debated this thought in my head about experience vs wisdom. I hate making mistakes – particularly the ones that have a negative impact on me. Even with that, I can look back at my experiences and can see quite a few of them which are great learning experiences!

Don’t Read Success Stories, you will only get a message -Abdul Kalam

Don’t read success stories: This is one of my favourite quotes from Abdul Kalam. It talks about the value of these failure stories that gives us so much more than inspiration. I don’t deny the value of inspiration. In fact, I’m one of the biggest fans of anything that inspires us. However, this quote talks about the value and inspiration in failure stories too. The success stories tell us that something is possible. It makes us dream, feel inspired and find the motivation to do something about these dreams or thoughts.

The failure stories are about caution, being realistic and recognising that some of the success stories may not be as realistic as they sound. The success stories we hear tend to ignore some of the hardships people have gone through. These stories create an impression that success might be easy. The failure stories however are more valuable because they show where we can go wrong and what we can do about it. We don’t need to repeat the same mistakes as others. We can learn from these mistakes and learn to become better and protect ourselves from some failures.
