And now I’m standing here, and so I would like this moment to be for this kid out there who feels like she’s weird or she’s different or she doesn’t fit in anywhere: Yes, you do. I promise you do. Stay weird, stay different and then, when it’s your turn, and you are standing on this stage, please pass the same message to the next person who comes along.”

A 31 year old man who once attempted suicide as a  teenager has grown to become an inspiration for all us. What inspires us is not just the fact that Graham Moore was courageous to pursue his dreams and passion amidst social pressure and perspective, its also the fact that he is passing on his life as a message for the rest of us to stay weird and to embrace the weirdness to bring something great out of it.

One thing that is very inspiring about Graham Moore is that he asked you to pass on the message. Each one of us go through struggles in life, with differing intensities and toughness, we all get to learn something or the other which serves as a good lesson for future troubles. With what is learnt why not make someone’s troubles easier, why not spread the message?
