&lt;em&gt;Nice to hear from you Santwona, it is a rather intriguing topic for me to think about leadership and collaboration. It is almost a common trend to notice how widely absent the listening part is. And it is rather very saddening to see that it is not well respected even in structured organisations with a huge investment going on towards HR and employee empowerment.&lt;/em&gt;]]></description>
