Thanks Alok :). I do agree, there is a lot that has to be changed. I can hardly imagine the plight of these people struggling to make their basic ends meet and even today doing the same. I think it is one of the most neglect entities in the current day world but at the same time one of the most important ones too.

There sure needs to be some drastic change in order to see any significant progress in this domain. The laws have always been in favor of the rich and unfortunately will continue to be so. The hope is that it would reduce a bit in the coming future..

Thank you Datta :). I agree, the unions are a bad thing of the past. It is too much of power vested in one particular union which may or may not work for the laborers. It can easily be used to serve the selfish desires of the union heads which works completely against the purpose of such an organization!

I sure hope it would be a nice thing to look forward to..

This is the time when India should strongly think about them, who are a major force behind the growth of millionaires over here…
