Honestly if ice creams are helping you then it is happening because you don&#039;t have uncontrolled sugar level, and hence it might help you. But those whose Sugar Level don&#039;t remain constant might get affected because of it, cause when you eat ice cream or something which has high intake of sugar, it surely increase there sugar level instantly, which might be harmful for them, even more than anxiety...]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I am yet to try regular exercising but Reading books and taking a deep breath have always helped me to control my anxiety ! But I even eat  2 to 3 icecream cones to reduce my anxiety but hey for me it has helped . I am not sure if changing food preferences is going to help me but I can definitely count on getting more sleep. Nice helpful post :)]]></description>
