Rudyard Kipling: The Blueprint Of Life

Rudyard Kipling: The Blueprint Of Life

“If ifs and buts were candy and nuts we would have all had a merry christmas! “

Does this sound familiar? I am sure most of you would have heard of this and it is almost a cliche now. But I guess the debate of ifs and buts never ends.

Speaking of those debates reminds me of one of the most inspirational poems of the previous century by Rudyard Kipling

The beauty of IF in life has never been told better and to quote the thoughts of Rudyard Kipling, we share the poem below:

course

If by Rudyard Kipling is a perfect combination of personal integrity and development of life. It is comprised with the beauty of all possible things in life with the perfect ending which reassures the need of facing tough realities of life to enhance the beauty of it.

Powerful lines of IF

“If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster and treat those two impostors just the same.”

is written at the entrance of All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, where Wimbledon Championships are held. Many Tennis players even to this day start the game by uttering these lines.

So..

What does IF mean to us?

Powerful Quotes By Rudyard Kipling:

“God could not be everywhere, and therefore he made mothers.”

“Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind.”

“Never look backwards or you’ll fall down the stairs.”

“There is no sin so great as ignorance. Remember this.”

“I always prefer to believe the best of everybody; it saves so much trouble.”

“This is a brief life, but in its brevity it offers us some splendid moments, some meaningful adventures.”

Which is your favourite one tonight?
